You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claim, liability, loss, injury, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred by us arising out of or from your access and use of the Services, your violation of these Terms or any Content posted, transmitted or provided by you or on your behalf.

Your Account

You may need a AiO Account in order to use some of our Services. To protect your AiO Account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your AiO Account. Try not to reuse your AiO Account password on third-party applications. If you learn of any unauthorized use of your password or AiO Account please contact with us with the Email at support center.

YOU MUST BE MORE THAN 18 YEARS OLD TO USE OUR SERVICES. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time. Your account is personal to you and you may not transfer or make available your account to others. Any distribution by you of your account or related information may result in cancellation of your account without refund.

We reserve the right to remove or reclaim any usernames at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to claims by a third party that a username violates the third party’s rights.
